The last date for registration has passed.

 

To help Troops that are still looking for a traditional summer camp option, we have recently been able to set up a special direct partnership with the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia.

 

The Summit has agreed to provide a price of $395 per Scout! This is a significant savings off the Summit’s normal National Scout Camp fees.  One adult would be free, additional adults are $195.

 

Currently, the Summit has availability during the following weeks, but space is going fast:

July 5th – July 11

July 12th - July 18th

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests should be directed to Del-Mar-Va Council Outdoor Programs, 1910 Baden Powell Way, Dover DE 19904 or camping@dmvc.org. REFUNDS for registered individuals not attending the event may be given if the Outdoor Program Office is notified in writing at least 14 days prior to the given event. There will be no refund for cancellations within two weeks of the event except for medical reasons. Refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor's note.
