Pack up the entire family for a great overnight camping trip to Rodney Scout Reservation. Arrive at camp on Saturday 8:30 - 10:00 am, check in to a campsite, set up your own tent and get set for a fun filled day and night! A delicious home-cooked, lunch, dinner, and breakfast are served in our dining hall - no cooking or dirty dishes to wash! Comfort stations with flush toilets and hot showers are available for all.

Webelos are also invited to participate in a Webelos Woods Adventure on the same weekend! Webelos dens and their leaders arrive on Friday night after 6:00 pm, set up their tents in a patrol setting, build a campfire and prepare an evening snack before settling in for the night.  Dens will cook a breakfast in their campsites.  All food, snacks, and cooking supplies will be provided by the camp. Webelos activities during the weekend will center around Webelos achievements and will be presented by level for Webelos I and Webelos II Scouts. Achievements will be recorded on a personalized record card for easy sign-off in Scouts' handbooks once the weekend is over. This is a rain or shine event. Please plan accordingly!

All pre ordered rockets will be available for pick up onsite during Cub Family Weekend

Please note-you must be registered AND paid in full by 10/23/2016 to avoid the $5 per person late fee.
There will be no refund for cancellations within 2 weeks of the event except for medical reasons.

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests should be directed to Del-Mar-Va Council Outdoor Programs, 1910 Baden Powell Way, Dover DE 19904 or camping@dmvc.org. REFUNDS for registered individuals not attending the event may be given if the Outdoor Program Office is notified in writing at least 14 days prior to the given event. There will be no refund for cancellations within two weeks of the event except for medical reasons. Refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor's note.
