SUSSEX DISTRICT DAY CAMP

 

FACTS TO KNOW......

WHO:     Boys & Girls grades 1-5 welcome! (1st graders must have an adult or responsible older sibling with them during the entire week of camp)

WHEN:   June 20-24, 2022 8am-4pm (drop off 7:45/pick up no later than 4:15)    

WHERE: Sussex Tech HS - 17099 County Seat Hwy, Georgetown, DE 19947

LUNCH:  Scouts need to provide own lunch/snack/drinks

COSTS: (Day Camp t-shirt included) a $50/registrant fee will be collected at the time of registration

                Cub Scout/Other/Sibling: $100 if paid in full before June 15th /  $130 if balance paid after June 15th
              Sibling who is a Cub Scout: $85 if paid in full before June15th /  $115 if balance paid after June 15th

               **The first Cub Scout of a family must register at the regular Cub Scout rate, any additional Cub Scouts in the family can then register at the discounted sibling rate.**

 

"Youth who have an adult volunteer for a total of five days will receive a $50 rebate after camp."

For Scouts BSA members ages 11-12 please join us at SEAL Team for advancement opportunities and assisting the Cubs at Day Camp.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit/camper is required with this registration. The balance due is required before the first day of the camp. Discounts apply to the date of final payment NOT THE DATE OF REGISTRATION. Camp Scholarship (Campership) first round requests for all scouts are due on or before April 15th. All scholarships awarded will be applied to this registration in the name of the Scout on the campership request. Camperships are only in effect for the individual for whom the request was made, and may not be transferred to other campers. CUB SCOUT CAMPERS REFUND POLICY. Requests for refund must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to your camp date. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of the start of your camp date (except for medical reasons & must include a doctor's note). A $25 non-refundable Scout deposit cannot be returned. After June 1, the non-refundable amount increases to $50. Refund requests must be received by September 1st.
